I enjoy working at ITS because I feel supported to be the best therapist I can be. ITS provides opportunities to grow, which will continue to help me expand my clinical skills and allow me to provide the best therapy for children and their families.
Reasons to Join our Team
Don’t take home documentation. ITS defines the work environment with the team’s input. Come write your own routine, define how to organize your workday, and free up time for those valuable off-work hours. But maybe, you love what you do so much, helping a teammate after hours or staying five minutes for that family that depends on your leadership is another perk in and of itself.
We urge people to follow their passions and have a ladder system offering upward mobility in both management and project coordination. We aim to promote from within, reserving 100% of the leadership positions within our organization for members of our company team.
We offer a 90-day intensive mentorship program followed by accessible leadership by providing access to a variety of resources and tiers of support within each department.
Impact on Families
Every team member is important. We recognize neurodevelopmental diversity and individual differences to make a positive impact on the lives of children and their families. Each team member equally contributes to the success of our services and our mission to build happy families.
We pride ourselves on seeing our team members grow through providing CEUs, professional development, and training not provided by other clinics.
Productivity is important because increased productivity has an increased impact on families and communities. ITS strives to offer a salary structure and incentives for helping others get development on track.
As a pediatric occupational therapist at ITS, I love the impact we can make. Helping a child and their family by providing comprehensive services that improve their overall quality of life is incredibly rewarding. This happens because our team works so well together. We have our own disciplines and specialties, and we are encouraged discuss cases and listen to the different professional perspectives that benefit the child, and ultimately, the whole family.
What I really like about working at ITS is that I am always learning. Because of continuing education opportunities that ITS provides, I've grown so much as a professional.
I also appreciate how our team collaborates during meetings and other sessions! Thanks to great communication and coordination among our team, we are able to make progress and achieve the client's goals in therapy that must faster!
I like working at ITS because the environment is very supportive. I have had the opportunity to attend multiple trainings and I receive valuable input and feedback from the therapists that I work with. This allows me to grow in my own position and expand my skillset.
